You must be 16 or older. Give true details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if someone else uses your account. One email can hold up to three profiles.

Boxes and coaches use Palee to run their business. Your membership, bookings and prices are agreed between you and the box; Palee provides the software and is not a party to that agreement.

When you pay a box in Palee, the box's payment provider handles the payment and the box issues the receipt. Refunds and cancellations follow the box's own terms.

What you post stays yours. You allow Palee to store it and show it to the people you share it with. Do not post anything unlawful or hateful, or other people's private data. We may remove content, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.

Palee is not a medical service. Workouts and suggestions are general information: check with a doctor before you start training, and stop if you feel unwell.

Some features use AI to read or suggest things. The results can be wrong, so check them before you rely on them.

We work to keep Palee available and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we tell you why where the law allows.
